Race Timing & Scoring

Race Krewe uses ChronoTrack Live, disposable ChronoTrack timing chips, and the new ChronoTrack active tags to provide live real-time scoring. ChronoTrack is the industry leader in timing for endurance events. Our chip timing allows the use of ChronoTrack Live, which features online registration and on-site registration, dynamic race check-in, online real-time results, mobile results, mobile and social media athlete updates, athlete digital photography and athlete video. The timing is complete with RFID technology as well as disposable timing tags, reducing the need for volunteers at the finish line to re-collect tags.  We are also excited to be one of the first timers to offer the use of the new ChronoTrack active timing system for our event clients.

Event Registration

Race Krewe offers options to streamline registration for your event. In addition to options such as Active.com, we support the use of ChronoTrack Live which allows you to easily customize registration forms and includes features to manage price phases, coupons, custom questions, donations and more.  Our staff will work with you to coordinate logistics for a seamless start to your race. 

Race Registration Dashboard: The dashboard provides immediate access to the number of athletes in your event, access key race settings, and manage your registration, athletes, access reports and more. You can also configure various registration options including the price phases, age restrictions, event capacity, close dates and more.

On-Site Paperless Registration: On-site registration can increase your event’s revenue but creates logistical challenges. ChronoTrack Live’s on-site registration provides paperless on-site registration enabling credit card payments and automated bib assignment – making sure you are ready when the race starts.

Custom Questions, Graphics: Manage questions and questions groups, allowing certain questions to be shown only to registration choices, age ranges or genders. Questions allow you to capture any type of data as well as sell additional products. Also manage your own graphics to make your forms, posts, emails, and results pages match your event website

Race Check-In

ChronoTrack Live race management tools allow you to streamline athlete check-in while reducing the number of staff needed to get things ready. Eliminate the need to pre-assign bibs and packets, and keep registration open until the start of your event. Athletes search for their name, confirm their race details, have a bib assigned with a bar-code scanner and are on their way.

Athlete Updates

Get updates from the course, allowing friends and family to share in the experience. ChronoTrack Live delivers real-time updates from the course that can be posted to an athlete’s Facebook or Twitter accounts or to mobile numbers of friends and family. Updates are sent in real-time from designated points on the course.

Real-time posts to athlete’s social network provide broad Facebook exposure for your event. Links from the posts direct back to your
​real-time event results. Athlete’s log in to their profile to manage their connections and mobile numbers.

Online & Mobile Results

Race Krewe uses ChronoTrack Live to enable real-time online results right from the event. Athletes or spectators can view a race leaderboard and search for athletes by name or bib. The results show an individual athlete's pace, split and finish times, overall results and age group placing and more.

On-site results allow athletes to scan bib or enter number to view immediate results, eliminating the searching for paper results, and the results page can be customized to match the event website.

Real-time mobile results are also available, for tracking an athlete as they compete. With mobile results, a race leaderboard can be viewed and users can search for athletes by name or bib. The results show individual athletes’ pace, split and finish times, overall results and age group placing.

Video and photography of the athlete are also viewable through the mobile results.

Video & Photography

Race Krewe staff will work with your videographers and photographers to integrate these options with individual participants timing during your event. 

Live athlete video allows athletes to view themselves crossing splits from the course or the finish line – adding to the excitement of viewing their results and celebrating their achievement! Video can be shared on Facebook or Twitter and on average each finisher receives 5-7 views. Engagement around the video results increases exposure and activity around your event.

Digital photography also provides a turn-key photo solution for your event that allows you to provide affordable photography packages for events of all sizes. Athletes get to view their photos along with their race results – enhancing the experience and achievement.

Digital photos can be purchased and immediately downloaded, and photo package prices are lower than the standard photo services.
